Good Morning !
I was running late yesterday so didn't get in to post.
Went to the senior center about 10 a.m. and then to the chiropractor in afternoon.
From there I picked up meds at the drugstore, and then back home.
When I woke up early yesterday morning, I pulled blankets up closer to my face,
and in doing so I twisted my hand somehow and wound up with excruciating pain in it.
It was my carpal tunnel area that became 'activated' !
Once in awhile that happens where my fingers go numb or tingly and will hurt to curl them,
and sometimes even goes up into my arm, shoulder area.  Starts at middle finger.
Usually goes away shortly, but this time it lasted all day.
Feels like when you bump your crazy bone on the elbow, ..only this was in my hand & fingers.  Ouch!
The chiropractor adjusted my wrist, and by last night it was better, but still kinda sore.
It's still a little sore and stiff but doesn't hurt as much as yesterday.

Maggie I'm happy to hear your friend Margaret had good results on her thyroid biopsy.
Sorry about the other friend with pneumonia tho.  Hope she recovers ok.

Molly congratulations on your upcoming new great granddaughter !
Know what you mean about having 3 meals off your spaghetti.
I ordered a pasta chicken penne' at the restaurant on Saturday evening,
forgot to order a half order, (which some things you can do that),
and I swear it's enough to feed an army!
I barely made a dent in it that evening, brought the rest home,
and have eaten from it twice more, and there's still plenty for another meal yet!  lol
I couldn't talk Lori and Sonny into taking any of it home.

Elsie I'm sorry to hear about Becka's bout with asthma, the coughing etc.
Good that she's back home, but better yet that she'll be seeing a lung specialist.
Hope she gets better.   Hope Kira's ear infection clears up soon too, poor thing.

Jean have you recuperated from the big party over the weekend ?   lol
I was going to google Jaggernaut but haven't done that yet.
or whatever that drink was called.
Hope all goes just fine with little Alexa and her upcoming tonsilectomy.

Stay warm out there Tootie, .. as Molly says, be sure and 'wrap  up' good when on the bus.

The maintenance guy is coming back today, -  only this time to work on my oven.
He's going to put in a new gas line, and hopefully that'll stop the Carbon Monoxide leak.
Sure would hate to have to get a new oven when this one is only a year old.

Have a good Wednsday everyone ~   hugs, Peri
