Thanks for the prayers that kept my family safe.  All are accounted for.

This nice sunny morning is quite different from the storm we had around midnight.  Maria and I had just gotten home when it hit.  We had 30 to 60 MPH winds.  No damage here but some in Joplin.  Some of the people in Joplin are still without power.   Lots of damage as close as 35 miles from us.  I have heard that Branson got hit fairly hard however I haven't had the TV on to know the real damage.  Pittsburg, Kansas got hit fairly hard too and it's just 35 miles away.  The college got damage to several buildings.  It was a wicked storm with wind, hard rain, thunder, and lightening.  It lasted about 20 minutes here.  Sure glad I was home by then.

No one won the $100,000 drawing last night.  Someone did win $1500.  Next drawing is March 27----the day before we go to Saint Louis with our TOPS chapter for our state recognition days.

I have a man coming around 1 PM to give me an estimate on replacing both my doors.   I know I am going to do the front door ans it has come apart 2 or 3 times already and if the estimate is low enough I will do both the front and back doors.  He will see if the doors can be replaced with regular house doors instead of mobile home doors.

After the man leaves, I am going out and empty out some planters so I can fill them with clean dirt to start some tomato plants.

Take care..........keep safe......hugs.......Elsie
